Call Center Trainings

We provide Call Center staff with initial trainings to prepare them for working in this special environment and also offer regular special purpose thematic sessions (communication, complaint handling, telesales).

We discuss and collate development needs with the Principal and elaborate tailor-made training concept considering specific demands.
