JNR-Communications was founded in 2004. Before launching our firm we used to work at a market leader multinational Call Center outsourcer company as operational executives.
Our service portfolio was formed based on various pieces of experience gained by our call center managers in the field of setting up and operating call centers (such as: HP, Nokia, Motorola, Electro World, SAP, P&G).
Our ultimate goal is to support our Partners Call Center activities enabling them to be more effective playing major role in achieving company targets.
